Acceptable Use Policy

You may not upload, prompt, or generate imagery intended to depict an identifiable real person — celebrity, public figure, employee, customer, or anyone else — without their explicit written consent. Midas archetypes are built from trait specs and are explicitly not based on real individuals.

You may not upload, prompt, or generate imagery of anyone under 18, whether real, composite, or fictional. This applies to all DIP and VSB outputs.

Midas is a fashion and retail tool. Nudity, sexually explicit, or pornographic generation is prohibited. Tasteful editorial fashion imagery is, of course, allowed within that boundary.

You may not use Midas to:

• Generate content intended to deceive (fake endorsements, fabricated news, impersonation).
• Generate hate, harassment, or content targeting protected groups.
• Generate violent, graphic, or self-harm content.
• Generate imagery depicting illegal goods or activity.

You confirm that brand logos, product designs, photography, and any third-party material you upload are yours to use, or that you have a licence to use them. Do not upload competitors' products or other parties' IP and ask Midas to re-render them as yours.

You may not:

• Attempt to extract, scrape, or systematically copy Lock Sheets, archetype specs, the 85 Standards, or the Retail Rubric.
• Reverse-engineer the engine to build a competing prompt or model library.
• Share your member credentials, or run multiple brands through one Entry Pass.
• Attack the platform (probing, brute-force, denial of service, injection).

We may remove content, revoke access, terminate accounts, refuse refunds, and where appropriate report activity to law enforcement. We reserve the right to enforce this policy at our discretion.
